Property Showings

We encourage potential buyers to first drive by the property before booking a showing, so that they can view the property and neighbourhood from a distance. Online research is also encouraged, as potential buyers can view videos, floor plans, 3D tours, and much of the documentation online. Virtual personal tours are also available, with a buyer watching on a device. This saves buyers from traveling and helps them get a specific view of the property. Virtual tours are a powerful sales tool and the next best thing to viewing a home in person.

We are asking buyers to have reviewed the online information and be qualified and ready to purchase before they enter someone else’s space. Viewings are limited to those people who will be named on the contract.

When showing a property, both Realtors and buyers are required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.

So that buyers can view the property uninterrupted and we can keep everyone safe, it’s important that you and your family are out of the house for showings.
