Licensed since 1988, Joan has enjoyed a successful career and award winning sales production. She holds an Associate Broker’s license which is the highest level of real estate certification.
Joan offers her experience and expertise to make selling and buying a successful and pleasant experience for her clients. Participation in continuous training and networking with other professionals is important to Joan. It has been Joan’s pleasure to volunteer as a Big Sister for six years and to have served on the boards of Vancouver Island University Foundation, Nanaimo’s Theatre One, and to have been the Founder of the Festival of Trees community fundraiser and celebration.
Joan has been instructing new Realtors for the BC Real Estate Association since 2008 and currently facilitates a three continuing education courses for her peers.
